Context
This system was built during my OJT for a small university office that needed a practical desktop workflow for tracking documents. The public case study stays text-first because the office records, staff details, and internal screens are private.
My role
I worked across the frontend and backend, configured the local desktop setup, connected the workflow to Epson printing and scanning, troubleshot the office environment, and trained two employees who use the system.
Scope and boundaries
The desktop application is the office-used system and is intended for two employees. An Android companion application existed during development but was not deployed. I also contributed to an employability-tracer system; that supporting work is kept separate until its scope can be documented more fully.
Current state
The system was installed for office use, and a supervisor is still using it. This is a private workplace case study—not a public demo, a public repository, or an organization-wide deployment claim.
